A dual, fixed wavelength LED detector for in-line and real-time monitoring of your glass column chromatographic separations. A low-cost alternative to an automated flash chromatography machine. Technical data sheet here.
A specially designed PEEK adapter allows leak-proof connection to the glass outlet of the column. Choose two LEDs between 255-600 nm for detection. Includes a stainless steel flow cell rated up to 60 bar and flow rates in excess of 200 mL/min. Purifying proteins or peptides? We offer PEEK flow-cells with no metal components.
